Tucked away in a private location at the back of our property, our STUDIO offers a comfortable and relaxed space for two guests looking to enjoy a quiet stay in Napier.

It is ideal for couples, solo travellers or anyone needing a simple, welcoming base while exploring the village and surrounding Overberg.

The studio has been set up with comfort and convenience in mind, providing you with everything you need for a simple, no-fuss and short stay.

Start the morning with a cup of coffee, enjoy a relaxed evening in front of the Smart TV, or use the studio as your base while discovering Napier, Cape Agulhas and the surrounding countryside.

Compact, comfortable and welcoming, it is a lovely little space to come home to after a day out exploring.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We appreciate that sometimes your holiday would not be the same without them.

You will also meet two members of The Oak Tree family during your stay — Ziva and Oakley, our resident fur babies, who share the property with us.
