Tucked away in a private location at the back of our property, our COTTAGE offers a comfortable and welcoming stay for up to four guests.

Designed for easy self-catering and relaxed village living, it is a lovely base for couples, families or friends wanting to explore Napier and the wider Overberg.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen create a relaxed space where you can cook, eat and unwind together.

On cooler Napier evenings, the gas fireplace adds a lovely warmth to the cottage, while the Smart TV makes it easy to settle in for a quiet night after a day exploring the Overberg.

The kitchen equips you with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home.

Two Outdoor Spaces to Enjoy

The cottage opens onto two separate decks, each with its own character.

The back deck leads into the garden and offers a braai area, perfect for a laid-back South African evening outdoors.

The second deck overlooks our fish pond and is a peaceful spot for you to enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book or spend some quiet time.

Pet-Friendly Stays

Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We appreciate that sometimes your holiday would not be the same without them.

You will also meet two members of The Oak Tree family during your stay — Ziva and Oakley, our resident fur babies, who share the property with us.
